@MRQEfer85 ...? I suspect there may be a misconception at play here. When you say "My song hasn't been approved yet", what do you mean, exactly?
I mean, what you wrote in parentheses (the alleged reason) That's what I said about my song not being approved yet. usually, I now think that such an assessment may be due to the description of the track Middle Siege, or they really appreciate the tracks of others.

'Artists' can get scouted on NG and subsequently whitelisted on GD. I'm assuming that's what you meant? (The whole thing is explained in the FAQ.)

About your song "Middle Siege"... You could do 3 things:
1) At the end of the description for your song you could write "I would really like to hear feedback from you. Please leave a review, so I can improve." (There might be better ways to say that. I am not an expert on music.)
2) You could ask this user for a review: https://taintedlogic.newgrounds.com/
He is very good at writing reviews for songs. But please mention that you are still learning English and that a 'simpler wording' would help you more.
3) You could also ask 'this' user for a review: https://g2961.newgrounds.com/
He knows Russian and makes music. He might also be able to help you in other regards. ;3

Taste is entirely subjective - and people rate differently.
As for "did i deserve that?"... The song got frontpaged, so one thing that you can be certain of is that more users will rate the piece - slowly shifting the rating towards how a voting majority of users feels about it.
(Maybe somebody did a troll-level in 'Geometry Dash' with the song and people are angry at 'you' for that. It's hard to determine what happened there.)
